Overview

One or more Assets or Asset Groups can be shared via email. To do so, perform the following actions:

Search for the desired Assets
1. To share the entire Asset Group, check the box to the left of the first Asset without expanding the group.
2. To share an individual Asset, click on the arrow to the left of the checkbox to expand the group, then select whichever Asset is needed.
Click on the gear icon.
Add an email address and select any other desired parameters for the recipient, such as:
1. Metadata Only - Provide only the metadata captured during the recording, e.g. Triggers, Speed, etc.
2. Include GPS Data - Provide GPS location data along with the video Assets.
3. Downloadable - Provides a means of downloading a copy of the Asset.
4. Viewable Once - Causes the emailed link to expire after viewing one time
5. Email Link Expiration - Specify from 1 hour up to an indefinite time period for the link to expire.
6. Comments - A personalized message sent to the recipient in the body of the email.
7. Reason for sharing - A required field for specifying why an Asset is being shared.
Add a Reason for Sharing.
Click on the Send button.
