Overview
Copies of an Asset or Asset Group can easily be exported from Getac Enterprise. This allows for the original file(s) to remain secure and unaltered, with audit tracking.
All export processes can be performed from the Main Assets Page or from the Detailed Asset Page. The export option is located under the gear icon > Export. Certain options such as, zip, and Create Zip as New Asset only appear if two or moreAssets have been selected. Metadata Overlaid Video is only available from the Detailed Asset Page due to a need for User input on the Video Player.
Refers to any digital evidence files uploaded to Getac Enterprise e.g. video, audio, images, and documents.
Multiple Assets that are grouped together due to being captured by the same User, at the same time, and same GPS location, or if uploaded together via the Upload Asset feature.
Getac's enterprise-grade Digital Evidence Management suite. Also known as, Enterprise Video Management or EVM.
