The Asset Search page provides access to multiple methods of searching and filtering Assets.

Advanced Search Tab
The Advanced Search tab allows for combining one or more of the parameters from the Search tab to filter the Assets list more narrowly.
See image below for its location:
To perform an advanced search, perform the following steps:
If desired, choose a specific Date/Time Group.
If desired, choose an option from the Search Assets By picklist.
Continue to add any desired parameters from the picklist by first clicking the Add search criteria button.
Options include:Username
Unit ID
Category
Click on the Search button or press Enter on the keyboard to finalize. See image below for an example:
Ex. Performing an advanced search
After searching and filtering, a table of all Assets (within those parameters) will appear. After locating the desired Asset(s), additional tools become available to begin working with Assets, e.g., Sharing via Email, building a Case, or Redaction. These are covered in detail in their respective articles.
Note:
If you're unable to locate an Asset upon searching, keep in mind that permissions dictate access to what is viewable by each User. If you need assistance in modifying permissions to allow access, contact your internal administrator or support@getacvideo.com .
