Each instance of Getac Enterprise, on-premise or in the cloud, has a unique URL for accessing the login page. This URL is provided to customers during setup and is available via an administrator, Getac Video Solutions Architect, or support@getacvideo.com. Level of access upon login is controlled by the User's profile and group.
Note:
First-time Users will have to accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA). This is not required on subsequent login sessions.
User accounts are created in the following ways:
Manually within Getac Enterprise via User Import or individually.
Synced via AD.
These accounts are managed by an administrator for proper access control.
